Just like a work of art
Not quite sure where to go
Never knowing what’s your use
Insecure on how you look
Never quite how you think you should
Doing wonderful things
Sometimes making peoples hearts sing
Watching generations pass by
Traveling the globe if you’re prized
Cherished by some
Seen by Many
Criticized by all
Trying to stand tall
All you want to know
Though it’s kind of small
Do I, have value at all?

I will say two things about this. First is that it is very good. It speaks to the insicurities in all of us. How we look to the world for our value and it is their opinion that decides that value.
Second I want to say something about the author notes. From what I have read, seen and thought. From all that I have been inspired to and felt. The things we have shared. I can tell you your value can not be measured. For to put any number or price on it would be to deminish it. To deminish it would also deminish all those other things and I would dare not do that. So you must be priceless. One of a kind. -

I am really impressed with how intouch you are with this particular feeling. I've spent some time looking at a couple of lines from this piece that I initally thought were a contradiction: "Cherished by some... Criticized by all." I have to reverse my inital feeling, however, because I have come to look at this lines not as literal beliefs but as feelings that are changing from day to day, and maybe even from moment to moment. The best part about this effort is that it can convey what is really inside of you - and how chaotic that all must feel.
