Bob was born In a place called, Nine Pile.
Nothin there to make you smile.
Moved with mama to Trenchtown.
Where reggae men created sounds.
He hung out with the Wailers.
beautiful music without loud hailer's.
As Rastafarian ,he made his statement.
Passed from this life, we all lament.
Religious bonds with Ethiopia,
extended his hand to all of Africa.
A spiritual man.not harbouring hate.
Tried to change the world , a lot on his plate.
"Get up Stand up"
"I shot the Sheriff"
"No Woman No cry".
"Burnin"
Hear him now.
A Sense of ease.
Music he left for us,
Before the awful disease.
