Untitled [Bird with Red feathers]

A bird with red feathers
Never stays long in winter
She never sings a lovely song
When the weather's frigid.
She flies south toward
The sunlit tropics near the sea
Where she meets with her kin
To chirp with the others
And a clamor of song arises,
Sweet little melodies as on ode to the sun
