The range of pushing in,

Upon a ruined dusk.

This skeletal wreck,
Of burned.
Battles that she touched,
Stroking fingers across blood soaked.
Breathe me.

She talked to me,
As I a babe lay,
Wake up.
Dreaming of dreaming
as I lay awake,
twisting dance
on strings of flesh.
Awake.
To bed.
I am not falling,
I fell.
Broken wings,
Don’t tell stories,
But lips do.
Sleep tells secrets,
Awake dares not utter,
Free from its,
Grasp?
She whispers,
To her kin the moon.
Am I her favourite?
She strokes my skin,
Her lips of stars,
She traces scars
Of ancient sex,
She wants the night,
