Cause we're not afraid to fight
and we're running,
bolting down the halls
and they're after us
coming to chase us down
nothing can stop us
and we're together
holding hands
and winning our battle
cause we're not afraid to fight
"Fighting for what?" they yell at the backs of our heads
fighting for our own thought,
own ideas, hopes and dreams
fighting to be free thinkers
rebelling and defying all the jerks who
try to make us all the same,
to drain our originality away
Yeah, we're fighting that horrible tragedy
and we're running down the halls
your hand grasped in mine
and they're chasing us
getting angrier by the minute at
our half smiling, half smirking faces
feels good to stand up to
brainwashing and conformity
together, we have the courage
together, we are invincible
and we're running down the halls
together, boldly defying them
cause we're not afraid to fight

It has no form, and no particular style.
inspired by Dead Poets Society
I haven't tried my mind at drity pretty yet, I have no idea how I'd do, so I guess that's something to do in the future.

this still gets me...a great write...and a empowering message! I love it! I think you could even build off of this and put some more *abstract images into it*
....but truly...awesome stuff to read!
