I hack at the body till the blood erupts
Mutilate organs
The spleen just bursts
So much blood
Sickly wet flesh
Infected with the malignant clots
Burnt and rent
Your screaming
I gouge out the eyes
Severing veins
Arteries clog
Ejected blood sprays
Pulling teeth
Breaking skin
Piecing the body
From outside to within
Drilling holes
Draining the pus
Extremities in pain
But just never enough
I slice the soft flesh
I tear the white meat
Chest brutally spread
Watching the heart beat
Cutting the breasts
Leaving rent open wound
Plucking the unborn from your soft fleshy womb
Leaving your blackened carcass
Hung out to dry
A Hundred cruel methods of ending your life

Xeta,I have not read a piece from you in a while sorry about that,but glad I read this...my goodness you are like the king of gore,and I agree with the other comments,I am always in awe of your work bud,you are unique and there is no other writer like you,sure they may write about the same images but no one can bring these images to life like you,this poem almost sickened me with the shocking images I pictured while reading this,that is why I love your work,you make me see what I am otherwise blind to....Amazing yet again,glad I took the time to read it you never disappoint....I see you being a screenwriter to the most goriest horror films someday

Every one of your poems is like a horror film. And I can see your art work reflected in your words.
Its so powerful. And I love how you unashamedly spit this gory venom onto the page (well,screen) in such a well sculpted way. Some of the images are so brutal they're hard to make yourself picture. Its what I love about you,you force the reader to think about the things we would rather forget.
