There was once a little boy
Who loved a little girl
He had a little locket
Which had a little key
That he wore around his little neck
Beside his little heart
He fashioned a little toy
To give to the little girl
She put it in her pocket
So no one would see
When no one was around she'd check
On her little piece of art
The little gift brought such great joy
To the little girl
That though other kids mocked it
He gave her the little key
Which she wore around her little neck
Beside her little heart.
