i think i've got it wrong
isn't it supposed to be
a toast to the
writers of talent
the ones with points
get the prizes
occasionally there are
some suprises
just like this:
a new face
fesh with inspiration
among a crowed
suddenly we are all wowed
and jealous too
but normally it is true
points mean prizes
oh how pointless poets wish
that they would one day win the dish
(mmm yummy)
