Your elegant swan like neck, beautifully innocent eyes,
that's what first drew me to you.
I watched as you laughed with your friends,
a cryptic smile playing about your soft lips.
I imagined what it would be like to feel you in my arms,
to have you in my life.
Everything about you screamed gorgeous to me,
a mysterious sexy young woman full of life and love.
In silence I watched, mind fully captured by you,
the secret of my adoration wanting to burst out of me.
I planned our first date in my mind, roses on the table,
velvet tablecloth with silk napkins that shine in the candlelight.
Gently I take your hand and raise it to my lips for a stolen kiss,
my eyes singing a lullaby of love to yours.
In my heart you will find a haven, a resting place for the angel that is you.
I raise a silent prayer to God above for blessing this moment , knowing that I adore you.
Under the moonlit sky I kiss you, our first kiss of what will I pray, become millions.
The stars twirl and collide with the passion felt,
I have to pull away, saving that for another day.
