once felt a thought so deeply
her mood, my destiny,
a love so preordained
of events, so incremental~
so light, seamed, seemed
to hold me with the hug
of beautiful tendered
words some of us always
may find hard to
express
that quite by accident
i uponed~
so happens, i loved one
just like this
once
and long years have separated us since,
that a poet i have never before
met~
that it seemed she'd known
me
all my life
known the
same
love
the one of the soul
and
sweet mercy
and passionate~
