She said as she took his hand
Let's talk for a little while
I've finally found someone to understand

Come walk with me, my love
He said as he held her tight
With me here beside you
There's no need to fear the night

She said as she gazed lovingly in his eyes
I now have the only one
That can soothe away my cries

Come walk with me, my love
He said while softly carressing her face
Let me show you wonderful things
For we can go any place

Come walk with me, my love
They said as they became one
Together we can do anything
And our journey has just begun

Author notes

Both options #2 and #5 This was written for someone that I am so deeply connected with that we know eachother's thoughts. And I also consider him my soul-mate!

    Such a tender loving poem with a safe feeling of love. It almost feels as if you are talking with God in this poem. It flows very nicely and leaves one with a nice emotional state of mind.
