Hours spent thinking of her, turning upside down
The sandglass runs in it my moments of love
- Reality falling into dreams, and dreams into reality
Sketched at a tender age, the clear illusion of her
Innocent passion-consumed blemished cold lips
Hunting on streets amongst lurking women
The thin fuzzy reflection with spoiled red lips
In mirage of youth, alluring lips, of faded dreams
Frosted flotsam of once real and clear in thoughts,
Discoloured flawlessly, passively and submissively
Saturated mortal thus affected by the obsession
Insane years of sanity, as enchanted unhindered vision
Of ablaze skin on shoulders, with love inked on lips
Brings back hallucinations lurking out from my dreams
A distorted hazy image unfinished, yet read lips
The collected and the contained so many times weighed
Moments of time and sand grains never sediment to remain
Yet entwined and entangled they continue to fall in place

This is a very interesting take on the image that you were given. You paint a very vivid picture with your words. This was a very enjoyable read for me. I think you do have one typo however.
A distorted hazy image unfinished, yet read lips
I think this should be:
A distorted hazy image unfinished, yet red lips
