Trees fall in the wind
And fire burns the ground
For the Dragon's wrath
Has been brought upon the town
Fairies wreak their havoc
And unicorns disapppear
Days of destruction
Seem to draw near
The humans that are left
Tremble and hide
Though no place is safe
For those who have not complied
Humans serve the Fairies
And Dragons roam the land
Looking for those humans
Who have yet to understand
That unless they have a pan to die
At the hands of Fairie Knights
They should choose servitude
And try to keep their life
So the Dragon's wrath was given
And the people know
To never cross the dragons
Or bad things will show

Great concept piece you have here. Nowadays too many poets have the habit of rambling on about nothing at (in fact, I think I might have been guilty of that at one time or another.. lol). Anyway, it is just great to see someone writing ABOUT something for a change!
To the sound of my ear the rhyme in this piece stuttered a bit, but not enough to take away from the fun of reading it. I think you might want to consider doing a fantasy series so that your readers can come to better understand how the dragons got to be so powerful and what role the fairies play in all of this. Put together, with a little help on the rhyme (maybe), it could be a very enjoyable and interesting collection (story).
Thank you for your entry.

NO! Why do the unicorns have to disappear?? *sniff* But I do love dragons and fairies too... and the idea of the humans serving the fairies is very unique, I thought. ^_^ Great write
