Beauty and youth in harmony light the flame
Which melts and extinguishes, forever decays
Golden touch and hairs, and the golden smiles
Reduced to mundane colours can never shine
Wisdom and age, absolute sediments distilled
With no trait of luring hue or flaunting colours
Yet produces from hue the rainbow spectrum
And blemishes dark nights in their crystal flame
Author notes
About beauty age youth and wisdom. A flame is used to philosophize and compare these.
