Days of sunshine and nights of sparkling stars
So easy was life when I could jump into the arms
of sleep holding the hands of the fairy tale and dreamy charms.
When my mom's smile used to shine my day
And papa's words used to work like the sunray
In the coldest winter of my life
That time possess the golden sun of my childhood
When the entire world appeared to me wrapped only with good.
Tiny dolls were so cute
Then life was never so mute
Sweet memories still play in mind like the tunes of a flute.
The fragrance of the flowers that I used to pluck
Still lingers in my senses and wishes me luck
So a smile comes in lips everytime I look back.

This is excellent poem. You reenacted the childhood days so vividly. Kudos to you. What more can I offer sitting far away, except love to my fondest 'Net' sister.

Thanks for sharing a bit your sunshine with me. Mom's smile shined the day, and papa's words worked like sunray, yes, life was good then. Cute dolls and the frangrance's of flowers, the innocence of youth. Beautiful memories, thanks again for sharing
