You always come when my heart gets too heavy for my chest to carry and darken the world to match my sorrow.
The tears you cry for me,
Rapid and large,
So I don't have to shed them myself.
The voice of my frustration.
The light of my fury.
You show the world my broken soul so I don't have to.
And you're always there.
And you always allow me to shower in your purity.
You always let me wash away my pain.
The storm provides for me my greatest comfort.
The storm is my greatest friend.
And if it were up to me, my greatest friend would always be by my side.
Author notes
Woo! Um, this is a poem I wrote about the rain! A lot of people were telling me I should write about the rain, and it rained, so I did what I said I would. I actually wrote 9 poems about the rain (Ha!) all of which I will put on here, but this was the first one I wrote, and I hope that you like it and enjoy the breathe from my vengeful, homicidal poetry that I have been posting. (And sadly, will continue to post. I believe those are my best poetry, even if it makes people worry about me.)
RAIN!!!
Please tell me what you think

(I don't worry BECAUSE you express those emotions.) I can't wait for you to post more of your rain poetry! though I have already read it all. I am a big fan of your color scheme here, and everything else, of course, as always. Also, I must comment that this poem reminded me strongly of Kyo (WHO I AM! MWAHAHA!). Another fantastic poem--and look, no big words in my reviews! ^^
