I look upon a silver tear,
of shadowed baskets,
of sharpened spears.
So is the world
upon dark, dreay night.
Cries gone unanswered,
these cries of fright.
I look upon a silver mirror,
and reflections gone askew.
In and out, reflections don't match,
but we know this isn't new.
We are not
who we seem to be.
The inside is different,
don't you see?
God forbid that we be false,
but to speak our minds,
oh we dare not!
And truth only be told
if kind and sublime.
Those "little" white lies
are told all the time.
We fit the mold,
we act the play.
We take off false faces
at the end of each day.
We carry this act
so long and so hard-
eventually we forget
who we really are.
The unique are golden,
the true be blessed,
and the lemmings be clay,
they just follow the rest.
the brittle and broken
eventually wash away.
What care should we hold
of the other's thoughts?
Why do we hide
and be who we are not?

I think this is awesome Not to mention completely true about the world, cause everyone who gets the chance to live is gonna do this one day, act who they're not and lie a little, it's hard not to do that i guess. You put that thought into a very poetic and nicely written form ^.^
GREAT job
diggin it majorly
