Message on the Prarrie

Darling
I just wanted to say
I love you
You didn't have to steal
From me
I would have given you my life
But thank you
Thank you for burrying me
Here
In the prarrie
In these fields where you and I
Made love
The time the wind blew me down
I just hope you remember me
Perhaps
You'll remember me
When the west wind moves
Over my grave

Author notes

I will see the movie 'In Bruges' in 2008 when it's released

This is sad and I love it. I love the sadness in it - just the word 'grave' makes this poem awesome and especially mixed with those lyrics. Thank you for entering and good luck!
