A bruised warrior did say.
"Blessings come from being lonely"
A soul that lingers did say.
"A smile comes with many tears"
A wise child once did say.
"Joy comes with guilty feelings"
A rich man once did say.
"Rainbows come with excessive night"
The shining sun once did say.
"Laughter comes with agony"
A comedian once did say.
These are all prophecies many times misunderstood.

Priceless
The comparisons here are very true. There are many positive things in life, but all require a price be paid. It may be hard work, it may be denial of oneself or it may be in giving a bit of yourself to another. Nothing is free. People often look at the life of another and judge them to be lucky, but that is only viewing the outside. As this poem shows... there is always a alternate side to every coin. Buying the good, means accepting the bad. I enjoyed reading this. Thanks for sharing.
