Two years of effort
Blood sweat and tears
Worked my fingers to the bone I have
And I step back and cheer
'Well this looks pretty good' I say
'Pretty good indeed'
Unfortunately for my soul
Fate really disagreed
So after all these years of effort
There's nothing left but dust
A few bended pipe cleaners
And some iron covered in rust
And along come the Joneses
In their new Mercedes Benz
And they ask 'what you got there'
'urm...just something of a friend's'
'The guy he's an inventor
And a wacky one at that
And I agreed to hold this junk
Until my friend comes back'
Okay okay don't look like that
I know that I lied
But if at first you don't succeed
Destroy the evidence that you tried!!

This is cute, we all try to cover up what we think is a failure. You never know, you could have had a yard sale, called it amazing art and the neighbors just might have cleaned you out....lol I like this write and thanks for the comment. Hugs~ Cuddles -
This gave me a good giggle, you must obviously have spent so long labouring over something you thought was worth it. Great job, great giggles. Thanks for this entry, and good luck. Nadz xxx
