Beauty Revealed

Angels painted in gothic times

reveal the beauty of an era gone,

their grandeur unleashed

like a deluge of rain;

poured and set into gilded frames.

    HOODWINK!

    Ah, a real beauty of a poem here. You write like an old poet, with classic thoughts that warm the reader's soul.

    Hoodwinked!

    I love this. Gilded frames was a great choice of words.
    I think that the most beautiful of all statues are from "gothic" inspiration.

    i liked it, its a very swwet poem. (i'm going to start going into metaphors here) it reminded me or a stream running silently through the woods, it was clear and got straight to where it wanted to go...
