~~Just a Dream~~~

Missing image
Shimmering pools of fire
Sensuous
Caressing
Gliding over your skin....
Glowing
Burning
Leaving no where untouched....
Yearning
Wanting
Then you are gone...
Empty
Alone
Desolate...
Leaving only a memory
Fading
Gone
  Forever....
Nothing but a dream~

Ok I have found the place I wish to be and that is in that breathtaking picture. The picture alone has pulled me in so deeply.A wonderous write that has me looking deep inside and realizing this is where I live and hide. A dream world made of fantasies.....no reality, just so perfect just my place.

    I love this piece!

    Wonderfully Written!

Again, the words flow in unison with the picture. You do fantastic work. I just hope I can write a poem about you that can elevate to such a high standard as you have set.

beneath the sheets that hold all of nights stories many chapters are revealed and some hold entire sections that are empty or only hold the word one...but even there an abbreviated form of ecstacxy can be unpenned for a brief time...artis

Intriguing picture............. I love to dream.. Which explains why I love to sleep.. Which probably explains why I love writing poems! lol.. the poem explains perfectly how dreams can be so exciting and full of "feeling" and then *poof* gone... but you do it so simply and elegantly... nicely done!

I am truly taken by the pictures you post... I find my own types of pictures that do that for me too, but yours are always so different and full of color.. And you categorize them perfectly with each poem! WONDERFUL!

i could totally relate to this one as well...it's strange to me how you can have dreams. beautiful and meaningful dreams..and wake up and not remember anything about it...but yet it was so real. I think i will write a poem about it excellent poem! luv*Amanda

ahhh... but if we dream it, in most instances... might it also not be something that just may come true. After all, does not everything worthwhile start out as but a dream

Nicely done susan. (I think there was one word up there such as no where... that needs to be nowhere- just a small tech sort of thing, but it might read just the slightest bit/tiniest bit more smooth as one word. As two, it caught my eye more than it should)

Regardless, a great job in capturing the smooth ripples of dreams and hopes that truth may lie therein.

Oh ... But Susan, this beautiful dream lasts FOREVER ... Believe me, it does ...

Within memory ... within Eternity ... our dreams are recorded from moment to moment, with care and intense love.

Wonderful poem, even though I do not agree with the conclusion.
And I simply adore your backgrounds, always done with such flair.

    Take care & Love,

    Myra
