Light years, I hang on a hinge,
of our universal star,
how I wonder where you are.
My soul remains, sealed in sphere,
love sincere, here or afar,
How I wonder where you are.
Hear my weaving whispers sing,
a galaxy so bizarre,
here I am, and there you are.
Now I'm left with this deep scar,
kept no tears, I have no jar,
How I wonder where you are.
Enveloped, I'm here frozen,
Total eclipse, lunar,
I can't see, no us, nor our.
Now I know no shinning star.

This poem is so melancholy yet it is ethereal, and quite beautifully written. It spins and whirs with a sense of wonderment. It seems that as the writer you are looking for a specific star, and if by chance you see its glory descending, I am sure your hands will be cupped to catch it. Beautiful!
