My sweet Tzaitel,
Many times I've come to you
And pray you'd come my way.
You forsake my love, my life;
Leaving while I stay.
Come with me, my Tzaitel,
Leave all your fears behind.
Together we can fly away
On wings of nature's time.
Cry our whispers to the moon
And tempt the angel's fall.
Let us roam, sweet Tzaitel,
Our love should never die.
And with your kiss forgotten,
My song, you'll nightly cry.
In the dark, my Tzaitel,
We can live forever.
Granted peace beyond reason
In the canine's eye.
So in the night you'll come to me,
Your fur as soft as rain,
And in the morn I'll follow
A man of braun and brain.
Author notes
He's a tempting fellow to this girl. Tzaitel is pronounced Zay tell. That's just how it's spelt when I looked it up.

Quite a scintillating piece of work, Meri. I have no doubt that the girl mentioned here, Tzaitel, will follow this man. Though why she'd need convincing for such a man that can actually say such things as this is beyond me. Goodness knows (if I were single) I'd probably jump right into this man's arms!
