Tale of the sun

Sunlight
falls, seeps into the darkest of places man has ever seen
and the dark creeps out
tells the light to just go
it tells it to go
but the sunlight won't
it can't
and won't
it's a symbol of hope for the world
so it stays
but decays
as the people in black and white run away
to the dark
'cause it's safer
and everyone knows
if you're playing hide-and-seek
in the sunlight

they're gonna get you...

Please tell me what you think

fantastic ending line, the poem itself i dont think is that strong on its own. it doesnt have a very distinct rhyth or rhym, but that ending was wonderful. oh how i love irnoy, dispite the happy suns surrounding this poem i get a very bitter vibe...
the suns are mocking me jess...
    they know where i live!
