The sun shines bright in the clear blue sky,
happiness...what a wonderful high.
They call my and I walk to the podium,
dreams are comming true in this moment.
I feel proud inside,
For once in my life.
We sat and talked all night long,
then you walked me home.
You kissed my cheek and said goodnight,
my heart fills with such delight.
I feel love in my heart,
For once in my life.
Laying in a cold white room scared,
trying to relax as you brush your hand through my hair.
Screams of pain burst from my chest,
Then a tiny body is placed on mine.
I feel whole,
For once in my life.
