Willy jested,
He made fun of her.
He made little Mary cry.
The principal made Willy calm her,
Made him apologize.
He walked up to little Mary,
Sat down across from her.
He took her hand in his and stroked it
And then he looked at her.
He said:
"I'm sorry little Mary,
I didn't want you to cry.
I jest to cover these emotions,
that I am trying to hide.
What I am trying to say,
is that I love you with all my heart.
Do you remember when I first met you?
It was then that you stole my heart."
Little Mary was shocked
and didn't know what to say.
Willy asked her not to lie
and speak what her heart is saying.
She looked at him and looked at their hands,
and a smile crept across her face.
She touched his cheek and started to speak
and this is what she said.
She said:
"I'm sorry my dear Willy,
You gave me quite a fright.
I knew not of these emotions,
but your words have shown me the light.
What I am trying to say,
is that I love you with all my heart.
I remember when we first met,
for you also stole MY heart."
Little Mary and Willy are now blissfully in love.
They were married 3 years ago and have a kid
and another to come next month.
They were together throughout all of school,
college, and all their big plans.
Willy and Mary love to walk in the park,
and stroll hand in hand.
Mary is a nurse, while Willy on the other hand..
Willy is a counselor at schools
and helps picked on kids.
A little girl, Sally Sue, came to him one day.
And told him about this boy, who just wouldn't go away.
Willy smiled and told Sally Sue about a girl named little Mary,
and how a guy, Willy, just wouldn't stop being mean and wouldn't go away.

This just came to me in a moment of boredom. I find it to be quite charming.

i liked this poem, it was really good.. you might want to decide whether you are going to rhyme or not, you kinda just stopped also,it might have been how i read it, but your rythm kinda went off track and a little.... lopsided so to speak.... it really was great... keep it up

Wonderful Sentiment
I thought the whole thing was a wonderfully conceived idea. This poem illustrates the circles that exist in life. To be of some benefit to another through having traveled a similar road is indeed fortunate. To me, the story flowed quite well and easily. As you say it is quite charming. I appreciate the chance to comment on it.
