She had almost given up all hope
Given up any dream she might have had
Any hopes she might have had for the future
Everything had gone down the drain and still's going
It didn't ever seem to have an end at all
Her friends had abandoned her to the wolves
The guy who claimed that he loved her
Left her for a prep who didn't truly like him
Her family is on the brinnk of tossing her out
Oustide she's a wreck and inside even worse
She's given up inside and out that there
Was no way that life would get better
One day out of no where she sees something
That changed her life in a way so drastic
It astounded her to the uttermost
She saw a vision of a big fiery heart
Of the Almighty One who's up in heaven
Who's been waiting for her always
He's just been looking down on her
Hoping that she'd one day see how much
He lose and care for her even before
He created the world at the beginning
All He wanted was for her to love Him too
The day she had the marvelous vision
She realized that the heart was burning
Just for her, He was there when no one else was
He'd loved her totally for everything she was
And that He'd love her forever and always
Now she has hope and it’ll stay
Because she has the One watching her
And she’s knows that He’s there
