Each and Everyday

I thank you God for this day,
an opportunity to live in your glory.
As warmth from the sun high above
I cherish the life of your son.
Fill me with your spirit to do your will
that is my will and desire.
I must admit I wasn't always like this
I almost lived my free-will to death.
Thru your healing and loving grace
I am here to praise you always.
You bring joy to my life
and peace to my soul
with each and every breath I breathe.
Each sunrise is a new beginning
as each twilight holds it's own meaning.
Salvation contains victory
resting upon one name.
The cross I once looked at as death
now contains my freedom from the past.
I can never be worthy to deserve such love
only to try with each given day.
Tears that cleanse the eye
through you in my mind I find peace.
With each day I look to you,
wether I'm here or there,
I pray to know no different.
In my journey to stand before you
I so choose to love as you love.
In your Holy Name I shall worship.
With God my father and Christ my savior,
the Holy Ghost completes the trinity of one,
each and everyday.
