Every Day I Celebrate You

A world built in seven days
A great creation
Water land animals man
Where did you get the inspiration

Proud of your work
You give some restrictions
It is for their own good
They gave in to temptation

You gave them paradise
They made it unpure
It broke your heart
To suffer they were sure

He was to work
To provide all their needs
She was to bear pain in child birth
That planted the seed

The earth was filled
And destroyed for corruption
And filled again
Brother to brother disruption

You sent your son
To help save the creation you love
Some recieved him some did not
He did his job in the end he was shunned

You still love us
How can that be
We hurt your only begotten son
How would I feel if it were me

Could I be forgiving
Would I not destroy them
You have the power
Yet you did nothing to save him

He gave his life
That we could live
You allowed him to make this sacrifice
What a wonderful gift to give

You are the perfect being
I could not be as forgiving as you
I praise you God
Every day I celebrate you

    Very Good Poem

I really enjoyed reading this poem. It is written in one of my favorite styles to use.

When God allowed his first spirits to come into human form, he needed a place for them to train. A schoolroom for the lessons of spiritual freedom.
Emotions and decisions all planned by God in advance. We had to learn about all things. Finally we would be pure and ready for higher spiritual duties. I believe the earth has always been. GOD has always been. Spirit has always been. The more we suffer here in earth school as a result of our preplanned curriculum, the more spiritually developed we become. The story of Adam and Eve as with most stories written by early Man, to give an explanation to future man. It is very much a metaphor and not exactly what happened. basically they had their first temptation which they failed. Life is one BIG temptation. That's the message here. If we fall to temptation we will suffer and our life will become barren.
Ok enough of my waffle. Great poem all the best in the contest.

    Wonderful

This shows Gods love and forgiving nature,
his many gifts, including the life of his son, for ours.
It gives us a view of why and how man lost eternal life, why there is pain and suffering as well.
Thank you for entering, and God bless,
