I tried the laughing thing but that just made me thirsty and the quencher adds back what I have lost in the laughing. It does come in handy though because I have a terrible habit of falling on my arse. Thank the Lord for J-Lo and Beyonce, they are making us fashionable again...wish those beautiful full-bodied Renaissance ladies would return to favour
