this is definatly not a fairytale
because when it comes to being you
Im afraid to say I fail.
I know you think you're perfect
but thats simply just not true
you see me as a failure
you hate me because I'm not you.
It's all about perspective
try seeing this from my side
but still you choose to hate me
refuse to swallow your pride.
You think you can judge me
because I dont think like you
but when it comes to love and life
you don't have a clue.
If you looked a little deeper
inside your soul I think you'd see
the insecurities are in you
they dont affect me.

- this is my favourite part.Too often we base who we are on the acceptance of those around us,its so much easier not recognizing our own individuality and strength.I have added you as a favourite and look forward to reading more of your work

Ok how many times have we all felt that at one time or another! OMG ! I can think off two people I'd send this to right now as a card ! The only thing for them I'd change is the beginning, I wouldn't give them the satisfaction of telling them I hate me because I'm not you .....lol But right on, I'd send the rest in a heart beat. you know when you have to tell that someone something but you just can't nail it down, these two people for me! It seems you've found your something to say...Bravo!
