The rythm of saddness is a slow one,
you must move slow when you can't see through your tears.
Even though you want to run as fast as you can;
you want to run away from the pain.
The rythm of sadness is a tired one,
you can't find the motivation to get out of bed.
When you roll off of the bed,
you want to sleep on the floor.
The rythm of sadness is a violent one,
you want to rip your broken heart out of your chest.
Your fist wants to hit the walls,
to crack them in half to match your heart.
The rythm of sadness it a wet one,
you can't stop the tears from rolling down your cheeks.
The tears consume you,
and all you can think about is crying again.
The rythm of sadness is an addiction,
you want to stay in bed all of the time.
When you cry in privacy you always think,
when will I be alone again?
The rythm of sadness is a lonesome one,
no one wants a "used-car".
You think your destined to wander the world,
alone in solitary confinement.
The rythm of sadness ends,
get out of bed and get going!
Step into the light and fight the tears,
people outside will make you feel good again.
Find those people!

wow
motivational! i like it
i liked how you did them in categories. saying them, laying it out, and then at the end you put up a challenge. "why are you letting others or yourself be sad?? what's wrong with you?"
good luck~
