My tears

See my tears
falling from the sky,
into cracks,
into seams,
into rivers,
into lakes,
onto the ground,
running,running,
deeper within.

Author notes

the tears won't stop, always flowing. Since I lost him i'm almost always crying. Will it ever stop?

Im hoping for you that one day, your tears stop evaporating and never rain down again on your life, because I know how it feels

    it will

it will stop doll... hopefully soon though by the way it seems you are so upset. It is a really good poem though - it all fits together nicely into a little package of sorrow.

the repetition in the middle emphasizes the points. I might change the title though. Maybe, The Waterfall. I've just seen quite a few poems about water lately.

Ah, I know how you feel. It's hard, it's unbarable but try a little to forget about him. I also know this is hard too...but that's the only way you can help yourself. If YOU try to make it happen. I know you can. Just try to stop the tears, to stop the memories, to forget everything. I'm not saying it would be easy, but believe me, it would be WORTH.
About the poem: short, great, nice words. Like it. It's more important that it's written with feelings, from the heart.
    Keep writing and God Bless
    Hope you will be better.

It will stop. When it is time for you to stop crying. Until then the tears are a cleansing force wiping away emotions and leaving you exhausted so there's no time for contemplation on anything else. Sometimes it seems as if they will never stop that the pain threatens to overwhelm you and you dont know if you can ever be the person you were before. Truth is you will never be. Losing someone in your life be it to death, divorce, or breakup changes things within you.
