From a book I read: Write a series of four to six haiku cantered on a single theme.
My chosen theme is camp.

#1: CLUCKY
Help! It's the chicken!
He's come to deafen us all!
No! don't take him away!

#2: CHOIR
Sing for our savior
And mess up the words for fun
Shove on, naughty moose!

#3: GENERAL INSANITY
Trmoo or dmoo?
We talk late into the night
Oh, glorious camp!

#4: BOYS
Brianne has an odd dance
Katey babies Will, poor kid
Hi Seany! Noon-noon!

#5: POTATO HEAD
Poor little Adam
Gingerbread-man murder scene!
He deserves better

#6: FRIENDS
New pals in every cabin
The friendships last forever
Can't wait till next year!
