Describe a friendship? How shall I describe?
Acceptance of what is, and equal place.
No pressure there to change, an easy pace.
No questions asked, no need to offer bribe.
Just soul mates. Is this how I should ascribe?
Friendship: Allowing each his private space.
Can nothing, ever lead to fall from grace?
True friendship, is forever, we inscribe.
And yet this perfect friendship is no more.
Just memories of silly, simple bliss.
One moment, like an arrow to the core.
A lesson learned, regretting always this,
and wishing we were back just like before.
A friendship spoiled now, by a single kiss.

congratulations to your bronze award, dear pat !

a very heartwarming message about true friendship, even if a drop of bitterness has fallen into its sweetness towards the end - but hey, that's what voltas are for !
an excellent job done here in this multiround, my friend, I have enjoyed this journey very much ...
thank you for having been a fellow traveller ...

I loved the way this started out as a true friendship and how friendship should be, then ended up being quite sad. I have been through this and know the exact feeling. A good write in which I truly enjoyed reading.
Good luck and thank you for entering. -
very nice

Very nice. The last line seems to me to have eleven syllables in it... or did you want spoiled read as one syllable, ie spoil'd?

Perfect in every way ( I have learnt a lot about these lately
) and you have all the elements just right. Wonderful concept of friendship sweet and sour.
Wish you well in this round hon.

Well done, with two looks at friendship. The first is what good friends expect - love without demands. The second is a stinging memory of loss; worse because of blame. I found the punctuation excessive, some periods may be better as commas or less.
Best of luck!
