Brutus Ap Sylvius (Ancestor of Royals)

Brutus, son of Ascanius's son Silvius, traces line to Ham of Noah.
These, my ruling ancestors, weren’t much different than a Noaa.

Briton’s Brutus descended from the Trojan hero called Aeneas.
Life was short with lots of wars, not as our days of instantaneous.

The Kingly reign was oft’ threatened by rivals of the house to rule.
Power rallied divided opinions and some played the king for a fool.

Queens played sons as gamblers would play a deck of their cards.
Kings won battles afar but at times lost the war at home by yards.

Historia tells how Aeneas settled in Italy after the Trojan War.
So glad I wasn’t raised with the royals, for it’s controlling of décor.
