In character of my ancestors, Boaz acted divinely towards Ruth.
Some compassionate acts go unnoticed, for such favor and love.
Loving Father of us all, in that God 'so loved' He gave His Dove.
I've descended with acts love, too unfathomable for their cost.
Yahweh, in rags, came as a perfect sacrifice of LOVE for the lost.
We should not despise the Messenger for a gift that's so Divine.
God won’t hold’ em guiltless for accusing those poorly, to whine.
No, don’t mistake the Message with the Donkey He chooses to send.
Christ was moved with compassion, leaving Love towards all men.
Don't underestimate the value of ones marred or poorly sheltered.
Apathy, towards unfortunate ones, sets judgments to be weathered.
Author notes
All my life I've traveled, residing in countries, as a stranger amidst ones so accustomed to having family, home, and familiar surroundings. Strange how, just outside of the familiar comfort zones, so many find it easier to show contempt than to show simple human courtesy for a fellow human being. And yet, for me: "home is where the heart is and I've longed to please my Heavenly Father," going to far off places alone and without any natural means of support. This will probably not be my best poem, but it is an accurate one; without going into too much detail for the many act of benevolence. Personally, I thought the muse "One and All" was the absolute BEST.

"I expect to pass through this world but once; any good thing therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now; let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again." ~ Ettiene De Grellet

The greatest talent of mankind is to be compassionate, to love unselfishly; it pales all other abilities we have. Others may never notice silent deeds of a good nature, but GOD does not miss a single act, thought or feeling that occurs inside space and time. All other talents we have, regardless how appealing they may seem to the world, can at best be supporting features to love or enable others to use their talent to love. Your poems and author notes always incite me to think - that is their great value and purpose. They are encouragements to re-assess the standards of this world that has drifted away from its Source and Destiny, forgotten the important things in life and embraced mindless trivia that leads to nothing. I thank you for persistently doing this. It also is noticed in higher realms. In times of darkness voices of The Light are silenced, but before the dark will do so, we will put up a fight, knowing for certain that it will regret what it did beyond anythng else one time. Thank you precious soul, for sharing your beliefs. May The Light flood you, protect you and reward you abundantly when IT will deal with the dark.
Chris
