I'm
Inside
Asylum
For the insane
But I am alright
Because fortunately
I am altogether sane
I will not be influenced by
The other people that are here
Because they are demented, I'm not
I have to get out, I will find a way
I know I'll get out eventually
But it's becoming more important
I am beginning to collapse
Can't barricade the pictures
The escape route is set
I will get out now
Sanity, saved
I'm out now
Lucid

You did a great job writing this piece, especially in form as well. It's not often you see someone so young attempting to write in form either. A major kudos to you for that! Great Job!

i was about to think that you were going to end up being in there for the rest of the poem~
thank god you proved me wrong and got out of that place~ *no offense to the people that have to be in there... but you know what i mean*

i'm glad you're out now

Thanks ^_^
I'm pretty inexperienced with forms of poetry
so it's nice to learn more about different forms.
Thank you for telling me, and I hope you like the poem.
