Back before grades and rules
Before all thdrugs and skipping school
There was a time
Back in that prime
Even before boys had cooties
But after my booties
When the world was great
I never worried of being late
We played all day
There I wish I could stay
I had not one bill
Ice cream was an exceptable meal
When all else was not fair
I ran to my teddy bear!
Oh life was the bomb
With mostly me and mom!
