If only we had our dreams,
in the palm of our hand.
To travel anywhere,
just by our minds demand.
To have all our wishes,
actually come true.
To do anything,
we wanted to do.
All within reason,
no evil intent.
Everyone living life,
to the fullest extent.
To never know heartache,
illness or pain.
Or ever again be burdened,
with worry or strain.
If we had the power,
in the palm of our hand.
Anything was possible,
within our command.
Would we be selfish,
what would you do?
A hypothetical question,
but worth thinking through.
Each and every person,
whether rich or poor.
Has something to share,
maybe never realized before.
Can dreams really come true,
do we each hold the key?
Step back and take a look,
explore the possibility.
