I Hear The Rustling of Angel Wings

Softly, they are stirring and God is gathering them around
Things are on the move in God's kingdom
From above, He is looking down and has seen man will never learn
I hear the rustling of angel wings as they are getting ready for God's return

Some of God's angels are already here, delivering their message
"God's day is near!"  "Do not be afraid, you have nothing to fear!"
From above, He has looked down and realized a change has to be done
I hear the rustling of angel wings as they prepare for God's people to come home

God's army is gathering; they have received their instructions
Things are on the move in God's kingdom
From above, He is looking down and decided it is time
I hear the rustling of angel wings as they swing wide Heaven's gates
