Across ends of Earth
she waited with Patience~
as Guides mentioned
and told of tales
over test the Universe gave
just to reach her.

Spirit must be unspoiled
of greed for wealth beyond reason

tamed, lust controlled.

for his arrival.
If he harbored
any ill intent to harm,
his Life
would be determined by Karma;
known to be merciless.
Obsessive-compulsive behaviors
frowned upon
as swift winds watched
for Light would be tainted
by mental distractions
and true meaning of Love insignificant.
For endless days into sleepless nights,
he wandered on path
with Perseverance
to be by her side.
Bruised, Spirit almost broken
by challenges endured
yet his Love never wavered.
Heart bled from jabs inflicted,
his hands covered the wounds.
Demons disguised as Goddesses
teased to attract in front of his windows,
all were ignored.
Onwards towards Temple doors,
feet followed hundreds of steps
into Infinity
before he could set eyes upon her gaze.
Seven Virtues offered him chalice,
he had to drink from
which held Truth serum
with essence from Higher Powers
to filter through his veins.
Lies would seep from his pores-
Many before him
drank and became eternal fixtures
on Succubus walls
never to walk Earth again;
Seven Sins inflicted endlessly.
With this in Mind,
cold lips faced the Elementals~
drank from inscribed chalice;
eyes closed but opened to opportunities
as lips warmed-
