I wake in the night, feeling him draw near.
His presence is calling me,
screaming at every fiber in me.
I wake from my slumber,
my being numb at the thought of his touch.
The street lights are my only light,
though I don't need them.
The night is my cover,
but I know I'm safe as
long as he's looking for me.
I walk for a few miles,
or is it a few feet?
I reach the house,
his domain, the only
place I'm safe.
I open the door, and I see him.
He's on the couch, waiting for me.
He stands up and embraces me,
my nerves a complete mess of
ecstasy, a place of nirvana.
God, never let me wake
from this place of fantasy!
Author notes
It's not freaky scary, but it's the best I've got. Hope you like it!

I like this very much! Love how often times you can mix sensuality with fear - both such strong emotions and play off of each other so nicely. Excellent example of this theory in your write!
