I’m a poet and through ink my life is shared for all to see, you must understand that my poetry is me.
Stone is the paper that reflects my pain and Oh so hard life, the ink is the endless flow of tears that continue me to write.
Poetry is the only way for me to express my fear, my love, my pain and my heart.
Me and poetry can never part.
I call my poems pieces, pieces of my life. Pieces of my pain and strife.
At the end of my life when I’m old and gray someone lost will find my poetry and read on to live another day.

though i like this write, i am looking for passionate writing, not a story about why you love writing. the rules state that i don't want you to tell me why you write. can you change this to fit the contest better. the points are going to grow quite large in number and i want your very best. sorry if i have offended you as that is not my intent. viyanna rosemarie
