There are marvels in the day time; magic in twilight
Enchantment in the evenings; mystery at night.
Just look around and you will find
Myriad colours, tastes and smells;
Melody and music each one casting spells.
Sunlight, moonshine, twinkling stars,
Whispering rain and tingling breeze;
God's marvels every where even in a baby's sneeze.
The path maybe forbidding, destiny we don’t choose,
I know of austerity, the feeling of pain and bruise,
It takes you in a startle, and then you suddenly lose,
Take my hand my dear friend, I beg you, don’t refuse,
This road to healing pain, I took when I paid my dues,
Put your head on my shoulder, together we’ll sing the blues,
We'll walk through the shadows, until we find the hues,
If we have to cross the desert, or rocks of aching spews,
You'll have my drinking water, and you will wear my shoes,
Lean on me my dear friend, confreres come in two’s,
I’ll wash your fester wounds, with frolic of morning dews,
We’ll pass through the fires, with hope and faith in clues,
Together we’ll come to rest, at final triumph pews,
Take your steps my dear friend, my heartbeats are your cues,
In times of your loneliness, or moments of your muse,
Remember that your spirit, has never suffered hews,
Take my hand my dear friend, a shining day pursues,
Beyond the dim of sunset, a glorious dawn ensues.
Seek with love, heed with happiness and God bless...

AMAZING!
This was absolute perfection and it is EXACTLY what i am looking for...i would point out my favorite part, but then i would just be repeating the entire thing!
The emotions are clear and the words speak to me...they are very close to what has happened in the past in my life. This was absolutely beautiful and thank you so much for entering!

This is beautful and very happy. I like that you described beauty and happiness in simple things like bees and baby sneezes. I like this a lot. I also like that fact that at the end of your poem you said that you would help people find happiness too. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Great job.

This is an amazing write. It flows really well with such emotion. The rhyming is excellent and has such good imagery behind it.
my favourite part would have to be:
"The path maybe forbidding, destiny we don’t choose,
I know of austerity, the feeling of pain and bruise,
It takes you in a startle, and then you suddenly lose,
Take my hand my dear friend, I beg you, don’t refuse,

Passionate and Soulful
This reminds me of the passionate writing of the Great Poets of Old like Shakespeare. Long yet so tantalizing you don't want to miss anything and stop until you finish reading. Powerful ending too.
-
This piecei s beautiful with it's imagery, it's message, and it's rhyming! Everything flowed out into a fantastic birthday wish for Afrodisia! I am sure he couldn't have asked for a better present!
