Frozen

Frozen

How can you not see it?
The first frozen tear from the sky
How can you feel it?
With all the hats and mittens you manage to wear
How can you truly experience it?
When you’re snug in your bed
You are warm and wanted
When you finally get cold you go inside
While I the person who is no one sits here
You may think this tear is pretty
But then you don’t know what frozen to death feels like
Because sitting here no where to go I’m frozen, I’m freezing, I’m not wanted
In truth I just died

i like this, i had to read it twice to make it flow better, personally i think if you use more comma's it will help the reader, other than that, i think this poem was very beautiful and very sad with a dark edge, thankyou for sharing. xx

    Life

Life and the feeling of be left out. Not so uncommon especially nowadays when all is about ME. But the heart can mend and the poet can write.

Cool poem. The imagery of being frozen really makes the emotions of the words stand out. I like how you ask a few questions. I tend to do that a lot in my poetry as well.

Wow, I love how you take a moment that is so happy for so many people and make it so dark.
