Melancholy moments
Caught between time.
Trapped in
The heart,
The soul,
The mind.
Wished forgotten
Yet cannot...
Fate undecided,
Decision- forgot.
And by minutes
It aches the heart,
Unable to be let go...
Whatever it may be
Only he, no one else,
Will know.

This could be taken so many ways. I took it as an abstract view that someone has on life.
I thought line 7 was a little weak grammar wise, but other than that, great poem!
