As One Soul

Missing image
Mired through all those promises
touched in ways never imagined,
Held in hope that still lingers,
Held in a warm embrace
that seems nonexistent,
Heart to heart,
Eyes to eyes,
Body to body,
That unites as one soul
within that miracle that we all hold
celebrated in time,
Can you hear the melody?
Will this melody last forever?
Or will it slowly fade out
like true love that is lost?

You have such a wonderful and beautiful way of expressing love through your words and the last question of this poem I think every one can relate to. There is always that in the back of our minds wondering if it will last.

Lovely, the flow of it made even more surprising
after viewing the 'credits'. Two people speaking
and writing as one. Nicely, nicely done.
