The Window

Look out that window and what do you see?
    Rain falling on rooftops
    Trees swaying in the breeze
      Dark clouds rolling in
Bright flashes lighting up the sky
        Children running to their houses

Look into that window and what do you see?
      People cozy in their beds
      Water running in the bath
        Lights turning on and off
        Pictures hanging on the wall
Shapes of all sizes moving around

            What do you see?

I like this piece expecially the line 'Bright flashes lighting up the sky'. That was my favorite part. I really like your written because you write imagery so well. I really like the form that it is in because it helps the imagery more then with just the words. Wonderful job keep it up.

    Never give up

This poem is great, the imagery of both inside and out is fantastic and presents an idea of sheltering from the outside world .... 'rain falling on rooftops' whilst 'People cozy in their beds'
